Where is the work:

Prioritize engaging with customers. When not directly interacting with customers; collaborate with colleagues in your office.

• 按照设计图纸、工程合同要求组织项目施工

• 制定项目管理目标，明确安全、质量、进度、造价、成本等项目管理目标，并得到相关领导的审批同意

• 负责项目安全、质量、进度、造价等一系列管理工作，确保相应管理目标的顺利实现

• 组织项目现场安装施工

• 协调处理好与业主、总包、监理、分包单位、行业主管部门的关系，确保项目正常进行

• 组织做好项目各个阶段的管理工作，包括项目技术商务交底、施工前准备、物料及分包采购申请、安装施工管理、调试、试运行、竣工验收与竣工结算等

任职资格；

• 暖通专业工程项目管理经验（含设计、计划、合约、招标采购、施工协调、工程造价管理等）

• 良好的沟通与协调技能，能够妥善处理好项目利益各方的各种关系，合理、合时、合适地调度各类资源具备良好的协调沟通技能

• 风险识别与控制技能：能够识别项目各类风险，如安全风险、质量风险、进度风险、造价风险等

• 具备机电各个专业的识图、工程量统计、CAD制图能力，以及综合性机电安装工程项目管理经验

• 拥有一级或二级建造师资格证和安全员证书
