IHG Conference & Banquet Manager 会议及宴会经理 in Hangzhou, China
- 统筹管理酒店会议及宴会活动全流程，包括需求对接、方案策划、场地布置、服务执行及现场协调，确保活动品质与客户满意度达标；
- 负责会议及宴会销售支持工作，协同销售团队完成客户洽谈、合同签订、预算编制及收益管理；
- 制定并优化会议宴会服务标准与操作流程，组织团队培训与服务质量督导，持续提升运营效率与专业水平；
- 协调前厅、餐饮、工程、安保等跨部门资源，妥善处理突发事件，保障活动安全、有序、合规开展；
按要求如实记录并反馈活动执行情况、客户意见及改进建议，定期提交运营分析报告。
本科及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先，具备5年以上高星级酒店会议及宴会管理经验，其中至少2年同岗位管理经验；
- 熟悉会议宴会全流程运营及行业服务标准，具备较强的活动策划能力、多任务统筹能力及现场应变能力；
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、客户服务意识和团队管理能力，能高效协同内外部多方资源；
- 熟练使用Office办公软件及主流酒店管理系统（如Opera），具备基础财务分析与合同管理能力；
- 遵守国家法律法规，无违法违纪记录，认同企业价值观，具备良好的职业道德与保密意识。
