Prioritize engaging with customers. When not directly interacting with customers; collaborate with colleagues in your office.
What you will do
结合公司战略目标及市场情况，制定销售策略和行动计划并落实，实现并超越既定的销售和利润目标
向客户阐述特灵整体系统解决方案(包含但不限于空调机房工程，冰蓄冷等）性能和优势，根据项目需求，和技术支持团队一起为客户定制有竞争力的技术方案，建立和维护良好的客户关系，赢得项目机会；
积极寻求项目机会，扩大特灵HVAC系统整体解决方案业务的市场覆盖和影响力
部门内部/跨部门协作完成综合型项目
日常销售行为符合公司要求并及时进行系统更新
依照公司要求的销售目标完成各项业绩指标，及时完成订单发货及收款
What you will bring
本科或以上学历，有较强的暖通或其他理工科专业背景（如制冷及低温技术，建筑环境与能源应用，电气工程等），熟悉暖通系统；
5年以上的空调系统解决方案的直销经验；具备空调系统销售或者机电工程销售经验；
有熟悉的业主，设计院，机电顾问公司资源（包括但不限于高端自用商业地产，工业类客户如制药与生命科学，电子与芯片，食品与饮料，数据中心，机械，汽车、烟草、物流等行业的工业厂房或仓库类客户）；
对工程概预算及施工过程有一定了解，能识图纸，并制作暖通系统简单的流程图，系统图等；
对销售工作充满热情，目标为导向，解决问题为导向；
学习能力强，容易接受新知识，逻辑性强，能独立完成客户演示；
能够并愿意到负责区域出差；
Additional Requirements
背景要求: 具有暖通及同行业工程销售经验，对特灵设备产品有一定了解，能够快速适应环境
业务能力：直销,工程项目运作能力
