Warum diese Rolle wichtig ist
Als Field Installation Technician spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, unseren Kunden ein nahtloses Tires as a Service (TaaS)-Erlebnis zu bieten. Sie sorgen dafür, dass jede Hardware-Installation präzise, sorgfältig und qualitativ hochwertig durchgeführt wird und somit die Sicherheit, Leistung und langfristige Zuverlässigkeit der Flotten unterstützt. Ihre Arbeit wirkt sich direkt auf das Vertrauen der Kunden, die operative Exzellenz und den Erfolg unseres Serviceangebots aus.
Ihre Aufgaben
Installation von TaaS-Hardware an Kundenfahrzeugen gemäß Installationsstandards und Zeitplänen
Vorbereitung, Konfiguration und Test der Hardware vor der Installation
Durchführung von Fehlerbehebung, Wartung und Reparaturen vor Ort nach Bedarf
Koordination der Installationspläne mit Flottenmanagern, Werkstätten und spezialisierten Technikern (z. B. ADR-zertifizierte Elektriker)
Unterstützung und Anleitung externer Dienstleister während ausgelagerter Installationen
Verwaltung von Wareneingang, Qualitätskontrollen, Lagerung und Bestandsverfolgung der Hardware
Sicherstellung einer genauen Hardware-Registrierung, Dokumentation und Nachschubplanung
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung (Ingenieurabschluss oder verwandtes Fachgebiet von Vorteil)
Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung in mechanischer und elektrischer Installation oder Reparatur
Praktische Erfahrung mit Sattelzugmaschinen, Telematiksystemen oder Reifensystemen
Starke Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten mit hoher Detailgenauigkeit
Teamorientierte Denkweise und klare Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Grundlegende IT-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Werkzeugen
Fließend in der Landessprache und Englisch, mit Flexibilität zu 4–7 Tagen Reisetätigkeit pro Woche
