Warum Diese Rolle Wichtig Ist

Die Position verantwortet die industrielle Umsetzung neuer Reifenlösungen von der Auslegung bis zur Serienfreigabe. Sie begleitet Versuchs- und Vorserienaktivitäten, bewertet Testergebnisse und leitet Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen stellt die Rolle eine stabile, qualitativ hochwertige und nachhaltige Produktion sicher.

Was Sie Tun Werden

• Einführung neuer Reifengrößen in die Produktion

• Auslegung von Reifenquerschnitten hinsichtlich Geometrie und Halbzeug Verwendung nach Vorgabe von GiCG/GICL, Auslegung von Extruder Halbzeugen

• Abgleich mit dem aktuell gültigen Halbzeug Katalog

• Erstellung von Versuchsreifen, Betreuung der Abwicklung (Planung / Terminverfolgung)

• Beurteilung von Testergebnissen / Defektbildern von Prüfreifen; Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Testergebnisse

• Gewährleistung der Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit und des Umweltschutzes im Aufgabenbereich

• Erstellung von Vorgaben für Maschinenparameter und Halbzeugen

Was Wir Suchen

• Abschluss als Ingenieur, Industriemeister oder Techniker (mit dementsprechender Berufserfahrung)

• Gute Prozesskenntnisse über alle Produktionsbereiche (Vorbereitung, Aufbau, Heizung und Finishing)

• Sehr Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Gute Systemkenntnisse in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), SAP, Brain Cube

• Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz sowie qualitätsbewusstes Arbeiten

• Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Lernbereitschaft und Flexibilität

• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
