Job Title: Concrete Laborer
Responsibilities
Construct, install, and dismantle concrete forms for footings, walls, slabs, and other structural components.
Perform concrete flatwork, including slabs, sidewalks, curbs, pads, and ramps on commercial projects.
Set grades, elevations, and layouts using drawings, string lines, and laser levels to ensure accurate placement.
Place, spread, vibrate, screed, bull float, edge, joint, and finish concrete surfaces to specified standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to execute work according to project requirements
Skills Needed
1+ years of commercial or residential concrete experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Work Environment
Typical hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional longer days and a couple of Saturdays each month as project needs require. Team members meet at a central shop in town and ride together to the jobsite; the ride is not paid but is provided at no cost. The role involves regular use of construction tools and equipment in an active jobsite setting. The dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt or sweatshirt, and leather work boots, suitable for a commercial construction environment. This role is also SPANISH SPEAKING ACCOMODATING!

This is a Contract position based out of Hampton, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
