Job Title: Picker and Packer
Job Description
In this role, you will be an integral part of the shipping and receiving department, responsible for picking and packing orders. This involves printing order/material sheets from the computer and accurately picking and packing the orders.
Responsibilities
Pick and pack orders as per the order/material sheets.
Operate a stand-up forklift and pallet jack for material handling.
Load and unload shipments in the warehouse.
Maintain inventory and ensure accurate order picking.
Work collaboratively within the shipping/receiving department.
Essential Skills
Experience in inventory management, packing, and picking.
Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a warehouse environment.
Material handling skills.

Work Environment
You will work in a clean manufacturing setting that deviates from the traditional assembly line. The facility features 4 or 5 stations where various assembly processes are completed. The work environment is well-lit, safety-focused, and offers a first shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hampshire, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
