Job Title: Project Support Coordinator
Job Description
As a Project Support Coordinator, you will primarily coordinate HVAC preventive maintenance plans and documentation, while also supporting project scheduling and administration. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, clear and proactive communication, and the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with clients, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Coordinate HVAC preventive maintenance plans and documentation.
Manage asset and warranty records.
Support service scheduling, dispatch, and follow-up on service orders.
Assist with project support and administration, including manpower, subcontractors, deliveries, and start-ups.
Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Essential Skills
Proficient in preventive maintenance coordination and asset/warranty record management.
Skilled in service scheduling, dispatch support, and service order follow-up.
Experienced in project support and administration.
Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
Proficient in MS Office and scheduling/dispatch software.
Work Environment
This position requires working 100% onsite from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. The role involves engaging with various stakeholders and working within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hammonton, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
