Structural Welding Technician – Build the Future with PDS Tech!
Shift: 2nd Shift (4 PM – 2 AM, Mon–Thu; OT possible)

PDS Tech is looking for a skilled Welding Technician to join our fast-paced manufacturing team! If you have a passion for structural steel welding, thrive on precision, and want to work in a collaborative, high-energy environment, this is your chance to make an impact.

Work on modular base frames and enclosures with MIG, TIG, and Arc welding
Operate plasma arc cutters, oxy-acetylene torches, and metalworking tools like shears and press brakes

What You Bring:
1–5 years of structural steel welding experience
AWS D1.1 welding certification
Knowledge of weld testing methods (e.g., dye penetrant)
Proficiency with framing and metalworking equipment
Experience with plasma arc cutting and laser measuring tools
Ability to stand 8+ hours, bend, push, lift 30+ lbs., and work in varying temperatures

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
