Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to support manufacturing operations through advanced electrical troubleshooting and repair. This role focuses heavily on Allen‑Bradley PLC diagnostics , 480V systems , and industrial control equipment to ensure maximum uptime and safe operation of production machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical systems , including 480V, 3‑phase power
Perform PLC troubleshooting and basic modifications using Allen‑Bradley / Rockwell Automation platforms
Read and interpret electrical schematics , ladder logic, and control diagrams
Support and maintain motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, HMIs, and control panels
Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete preventative maintenance
Identify root causes of electrical failures and implement long‑term solutions
Maintain compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E , and plant safety standards
Document repairs, updates, and improvement recommendations
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Electrician or Industrial Electrician
Strong hands‑on experience with Allen‑Bradley PLC troubleshooting
Proven experience working with 480V industrial electrical systems
Ability to safely troubleshoot live electrical circuits
Solid understanding of industrial controls, motor controls, and automation
Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment
Preferred Qualifications
Electrical license or certification (Journeyman preferred)
Experience with VFDs , servo drives, and HMIs
Basic PLC programming or logic changes
Mechanical troubleshooting experience
CMMS experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $79000.00/yr.
