Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain regular contact with existing accounts and assist in the onboarding of new accounts.
Collect and disseminate relevant sales intelligence from all sales activities. This includes entry of relevant information into United Performance Metals CRM system and communication to relevant parties / individuals in the company.
Inside sales and order entry.
Support the management and execution of customer contractual requirements
Perform account analysis to identify new sales opportunities within current and future accounts
Works with management and regional managers to create and execute account plans.
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of Inside Sales/managing contracts/customer service experience.
Familiar with manufacturing, sales, supply chain or production planning environments.
Expert navigation of Enterprise Resource Planning system or other sales data entry platforms
