• Shift: 4th Shift – 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Responsibilities for a CNC Setup Operator include but are not limited to:
• Review job orders, setup sheets, and technical drawings to determine CNC machine setup requirements
• Set up CNC machines , including installing tooling, fixtures, loading CNC programs, and adjusting offsets
• Perform first-piece inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure tight tolerances
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality standards, production efficiency, and ISO compliance
Candidates for CNC Setup Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• 1–5 years of CNC machine setup and operation experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read CNC prints and technical drawings and maintain tolerances to .000
• Proficiency using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Strong math skills and ability to calculate offsets, feeds, and speeds

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
