Adecco US, Inc. CNC Machine Operator 1st Shift in Hamilton, Ohio
Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator for a local client in Hamilton, OH . In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machinery to produce precision parts that meet strict quality standards. Shift & Schedule
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Days: Monday – Thursday
Overtime: Mandatory on Fridays when needed.
Pay : $ 17.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
Precision Operation: Set up and monitor CNC machines to produce high-quality components on time.
Quality Control: Accurately read and interpret calipers , micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
Technical Literacy: Review and understand CNC prints, maintaining strict tolerances down to .000 .
Documentation: Complete quality forms and daily inspection reports with high accuracy.
Equipment Handling: Utilize hand tools and shop equipment (air guns, wrenches, drill presses) for adjustments and machine support.
Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 1–5 years of experience operating CNC machines or similar precision equipment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading CNC prints and understanding fine tolerances.
Tools: Experience using precision measuring tools and basic shop hand tools.
Education: High school diploma, GED, or trade school experience preferred.
Physical: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
Vision: Strong visual acuity for close-up inspection and detail-oriented work.
PPE & Dress Code
Steel-toe work boots are REQUIRED from day one.
Must maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
