ManpowerGroup CNC Machine Operator 1st Shift in Hamilton, Ohio
Our client, a manufacturing leader in precision parts production, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator 1st Shift to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator 1st Shift, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: CNC Machine Operator 1st Shift
Location: Hamilton, OH
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6 am - 4 pm, with overtime on Fridays
What's the Job?
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to produce precision components.
Read and interpret calipers, micrometers, and CNC prints to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
Complete quality documentation, including inspection reports and forms, with accuracy and attention to detail.
Perform minor adjustments and troubleshooting to maintain machine efficiency and product quality.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and ISO standards.
What's Needed?
1-5 years of experience operating CNC machines or similar precision equipment.
Ability to read CNC prints and understand tolerances down to .000.
Proficiency with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
Familiarity with machine controls and basic troubleshooting skills.
High school diploma, GED, or trade school experience preferred.
