KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Track delivery shipments and reports items for damages and discrepancies. Compare packing list to company purchase orders ensuring that the products in each delivery match. Report damages and shortages to accounts payable and vendors. Collaborate with Inventory and stocking Team Leads to ensure product is stored accurately. Update inventory as product is received and added to locations. Track returns and reports items for damages and discrepancies Closes IB PO’s Scans and sends packets to AP Schedules LTL’s in TMS system Scan BOL’s/PRO# to sales and customer services Assist the warehouse manager as needed. Print labels for Vetcove as needed Unloads, receives and PAW by using the RF Scanner. Ensures that quantities are accurate and reports any discrepancies Performs other general warehouse duties as assigned including housekeeping QUALIFICATIONS 1+ year related warehouse experience Ability to pass an oral swab drug test and background check at time of offer Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment Ability to read and write legibly in English, carry out oral instructions in English, count and do basic math Voice pick (Vocollect) experience preferred Forklift experience and RF scanner experience preferred Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, safely, with or without accommodation Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner WORKING CONDITIONS Work is conducted in a warehouse environment with temperature changes depending on the season Working with or near conveyors depending on assignment POSITION INFORMATION This position pays $16.50-19.50 per hour depending on experience.
