Adecco US, Inc. Case Manager in Hamilton, New Jersey
Adecco is assisting a local client in Hamilton, NJ in their search for a Case Manager. This is a part-time role (32 hours a week) paying $24/Hour. If qualified, apply below!
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for connecting with individuals and families in need of services and support.
• Determines individuals’ household income for eligibility for emergency assistance with back rent, utility, and food assistance; based on eligibility, facilitates client enrollment into grant-funded programs.
• Develops and facilitates linkages to other service providers; builds a network of resources to support clients' needs beyond our scope.
• Manages relationships with other local nonprofits; participates in community outreach initiatives.
• Communicates with clients regularly, via phone or in-person; maintains computer-based service plans to monitor client progress.
• Manages client files and inputs daily/weekly case notes; prepares monthly/quarter reports and participates in quarterly audits.
• Participates in the development of client-centered programs and services; monitors and promotes client participation.
• Interacts and participates as a member of the team and performs other organizational duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Must have exceptional written, verbal, and problem-solving skills.
Case Manager Job Description
• Must be able to work with diverse populations; being sensitive to cultural, economic and gender differences.
• Must be able to manage time and respond to deadlines as assigned.
• Must know how to operate basic office machinery/equipment (scanner, copier, fax, printer).
• Knowledge of Mercer County social service system(s), with a network of resources; a plus.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish); a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree with major course work in social work, sociology, psychology or counseling.
• Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated casework/client management experience, providing
support services to targeted populations.
• Knowledge of grants and grant management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social
media platforms.
• Must possess a valid NJ Driver’s License; occasional driving required.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
