Primary Objective: Support Tolomatic s Engineering Research and Development team and experience the satisfaction of taking parts from initial concept to finished prototype. Unlike traditional production environments, you ll own the entire process, from programming, setup and machining. You ll collaborate directly with Engineers to shape the future of our products, enhance manufacturability and respond quickly to customers Program, set up, and operate CNC mills/lathes; build fixtures/tooling as needed Produce prototype components from print/model to complete part Manage your own workload in support of company priorities and using our lab scheduling system Collaborate with Production Machining and Engineering to provide tactful, constructive feedback to make designs more manufacturable Support production machining when appropriate Adapt dynamically to shifting priorities and deadlines Work safely and maintain a clean work area Envision your technical experience at work with an industry leader!
