Colleys Pool Sales, Inc. DBA Colleys Pools & Spas (Hamburg, NY) seeks Pool Masonry Helpers - 20 full-time, temporary jobs available: 04/01/2026 - 11/21/2026. 40 hrs/wk, 7:00am-3:30pm (Mon-Friday). Saturday work required, when necessary. $26.95/hour, OT $40.43/hour. Paid weekly on Friday. A single work week will be used to compute wages due. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation, at the companys sole discretion, based on individual factors including work performance, skill and tenure. H-2B application to be concurrently filed with USDOL. DUTIES: Assist with installation of inground pools and spas. Responsible for assisting stonemasons and tile setters with basic stone masonry work, including job site preparation, hand and power tool use, material handling and site clean-up. Assist with building waterfalls, stone work, tile work, plaster pool finishing, and gunite pool shotcreting. No education required. 3 months experience required in general construction or masonry. Ability to lift 80lbs. Daily transportation to/from worksite will be provided to the workers at no charge (e.g. designated daily pick-up place). Worksite at: 4953 Camp Road, Hamburg, NY 14075, Erie County. TRAVEL TO WORKSITE LOCATIONS WITHIN ERIE, NIAGARA, CHAUTAUQUA, CATTARAUGUS, ALLEGANY, WYOMING, GENESEE, ORLEANS, LIVINGSTON, & MONROE COUNTIES, NEW YORK. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. Employer will assist workers with securing housing, but employer will not provide housing. If the worker completes 50% of the employment contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place, the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68 per day with receipts. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
