Aerotek Clean Room Assembler in Ham Lake, Minnesota

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work in a cleanroom assembling highly detailed medical devices using small components and microscopes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on, detail‑oriented work in a controlled environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Assembling drug delivery devices in a cleanroom setting
Inflating small tubes with nitrogen and loading medication into the device
Precisely positioning tablets and spacers using small hand tools
Forming nitinol wire around the device into a defined shape
Inspecting finished products under a microscope to strict quality standards
Assisting with final packaging before products exit the cleanroom
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of medical device or cleanroom manufacturing experience
Experience working with small parts, hand tools, and microscopes
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
Comfort with GMP documentation and cleanroom protocols
High School Diploma or GED

Schedule
1st shift: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Mandatory overtime bi‑weekly Fridays
Work Environment
Full cleanroom gowning (scrubs, bunny suit, booties, hair net, glasses)
Individual locker rooms and changing areas
Comfortable, professional, and highly organized workspace

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ham Lake, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
