M – Th ( 4 day week) 3:30pm-2:00am $21.50 –mandatory overtime every other Friday
M – Th ( 4 day week) 8am – 6:30pm $21.50 – mandatory overtime every other Friday
Job Description
The role involves assembling a drug delivery device within a class 7 or 8 clean room environment. This device is used to treat bladder cancer. As a clean room assembler, you will handle a small tube, inflate it slightly with nitrogen, and load the medication tablets into the tubes using a small rod. Spacers will be placed between tablets, followed by wrapping a nitinol wire around the tube, forming a pretzel shape. The assembled product is then cured for 24 hours and inspected under a microscope for quality assurance. Packaging duties are also part of the role before the product exits the cleanroom.
Responsibilities
Assemble drug delivery devices in a class 7 or 8 clean room.
Inflate tubes with nitrogen and load medication tablets accurately.
Place spacers and wrap nitinol wire around tubes.
Perform quality inspections using a microscope.
Assist with packaging of the product before it leaves the cleanroom.
Essential Skills
1-2 years of experience in medical device manufacturing within a cleanroom.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in documentation, following GMP, and cleanroom procedures.
High School Diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Attention to detail.
Experience with hand tools and small parts handling.
Strong ability to work in a team environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
