ManpowerGroup Press Machine Operator in Halstead, Kansas
Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in industrial production, is seeking a Press Machine Operator to join their team. As a Press Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Press Machine Operator
Location: Halstead, KS
Pay Range: $17.50 - $19.44 per hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Shift
What's the Job?
Operate and set up hydraulic presses to ensure efficient production
Monitor machines during operation and perform basic troubleshooting when necessary
Follow safety procedures and production guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards
What's Needed?
Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools or machinery
High School Diploma or GED
Reliable and team-focused work ethic
Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
