Cognizant Quadient Developer in Halifax, Nova Scotia

About the role

This position requires an experienced Developer with expertise in QI Digital Advantage Suite QI Scaler Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. The candidate will work on Medicare and Medicaid Claims projects in a hybrid work model during day shifts. The role involves designing developing and optimizing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance.

In this role, you will:

· Lead the design and development of solutions using QI Digital Advantage Suite QI Scaler Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire to meet project requirements and business objectives.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions for Medicare and Medicaid Claims projects.

· Provide technical expertise to optimize workflows and ensure seamless integration of systems within the healthcare domain.

· Develop and maintain scalable and efficient codebases to support claims processing and ensure compliance with industry standards.

· Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and accuracy of developed solutions.

· Oversee the implementation of system enhancements and upgrades to improve functionality and user experience.

· Monitor and analyze system performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

· Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the claims domain.

· Document technical specifications workflows and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development.

· Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.

Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Halifax - NS CAN . What you need to have to be considered

· Possess strong expertise in QI Digital Advantage Suite QI Scaler Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire with a proven track record of successful implementations.

· Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid Claims processes ensuring solutions align with domain-specific requirements.

· Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems for optimization.

· Showcase proficiency in debugging and testing methodologies to ensure system reliability and accuracy.

· Have experience in mentoring and guiding team members to achieve project goals effectively.

· Display strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and convey technical concepts clearly.

· Bring a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

· Demonstrate adaptability to hybrid work models and the ability to manage tasks effectively during day shifts.

The annual salary range for this position is between $78.000 – $90.000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
