Oracle Senior Oracle Unifier Configuration Lead in Hagatna, Guam

Job Description

Manage the development and implementation procesWe are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Senior Oracle Unifier Configuration Lead to support the configuration, build, testing, and deployment of Oracle Unifier for a multi-billion-dollar capital projects program.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who excels at translating solution designs into a working PMIS environment. Working closely with the Systems Architect , this person will be responsible for executing the system build, configuring core business processes, supporting testing and release activities, and helping drive implementation quality, speed, and scalability.

The ideal candidate is a strong builder and implementation specialist with deep Oracle Unifier expertise, strong delivery discipline, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business teams, technical stakeholders, and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute hands-on configuration and system build activities within Oracle Unifier based on approved architecture and business requirements

  • Partner closely with the Systems Architect to translate solution designs into scalable, supportable system configurations

  • Configure and deploy core Unifier capabilities, including:

  • Cost management (budgets, commitments, actuals, accruals, forecasting)

  • Change management workflows

  • Funding and cash flow tracking

  • Contract and invoice management

  • RFIs and project workflows

  • Reporting and dashboards

  • Build and maintain business processes, forms, workflows, shells, data structures, and related configurations using uDesigner and native Unifier tools

  • Support development and enforcement of data standards and governance structures, including CBS, workflow controls, and process consistency

  • Work with Program Controls, Finance, Construction, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and support system design execution

  • Coordinate with external consultants, integrators, and internal technical teams to ensure build activities are completed accurately and on schedule

  • Lead and support system testing activities, including unit testing, SIT, UAT support, defect resolution, and release readiness

  • Troubleshoot configuration issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes in a timely manner

  • Support iterative delivery with an MVP mindset while maintaining alignment to long-term scalability and supportability

  • Assist with deployment planning, migration activities, environment readiness, and post-deployment stabilization

  • Provide clear status updates on build progress, issues, risks, and dependencies to the Systems Architect and program leadership

  • Contribute to documentation including configuration workbooks, deployment plans, test scripts, and support materialss of a specific company product.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems implementation, with significant hands-on experience in Oracle Unifier

  • Proven experience personally configuring and building Oracle Unifier solutions, not solely overseeing implementations

  • Strong expertise in:

  • Unifier business processes, workflows, forms, and uDesigner

  • Configuration of cost and project management processes

  • Data structures, shell setup, governance controls, and reporting support

  • Experience executing system builds within a defined architecture and implementation roadmap

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex implementation environments

  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into detailed system configuration

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with third-party consultants, vendors, and internal teams

  • Strong delivery discipline, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive timelines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be based in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large-scale capital programs or project-driven organizations

  • Familiarity with Primavera Cloud (OPC) or similar scheduling platforms

  • Experience with project controls, cost management, construction systems, or capital planning environments

  • Exposure to integrations between Unifier and ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion, or with enterprise data/reporting platforms

  • Experience supporting system testing, deployment, and hypercare in complex PMIS implementations

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
