Our client seeks a contractor to operationalize a Cyber Risk Transformation program. The role will translate defined cyber risk policies and standards into scalable processes, tools, and documentation while supporting early execution across intake, triage, assessment, and exception handling. The contractor will standardize and leverage OneTrust for templates, tracking, and reporting, and will support stakeholder materials and program updates. The engagement requires structured problem-solving, process rigor, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Rate: $75.00 to $80.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Translate defined cyber risk policy and standards into documented, repeatable workflows for intake, triage, assessments, and exception handling.

  • Support end-to-end execution of risk identification, including conducting assessments and facilitating intake and triage.

  • Ensure risks are consistently captured and tracked in OneTrust with appropriate data quality.

  • Establish standardized OneTrust templates and reporting to enable consistent process application and stakeholder support.

  • Support policy development and updates in alignment with program direction.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and stakeholder materials to support program execution and engagement.

  • Drive adherence to processes and resolve execution gaps through structured problem-solving.

  • Manage multiple workstreams and ramp quickly on emerging needs as capabilities roll out.

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience in cyber risk, GRC, or enterprise risk management.

  • Proven ability to operationalize processes from defined strategy.

  • Hands-on experience with risk intake, triage, and risk assessments.

  • Familiarity with OneTrust or similar GRC platforms.

  • Experience working in a professional services environment.

  • Strong process documentation and execution capabilities.

  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution.

  • Structured problem-solving and comfort working through ambiguity.

  • Ability to ramp quickly and manage multiple workstreams.

  • Execution-focused with attention to detail, proactive, and collaborative.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
