What you’ll do:

-Lead the end‑to‑end design of embedded electronic circuits and microcontroller‑based systems for power distribution, monitoring, protection, and control applications.

-Architect robust hardware solutions that meet functional, reliability, environmental, EMI/EMC, safety, and compliance requirements (UL, IEC, NEC, and other relevant standards).

-Own schematic creation, PCB layout guidance/review, component selection, derating analysis, circuit simulations, and design documentation.

-Conduct prototyping, bring‑up, debugging, and iterative refinement to ensure design robustness.

-Drive the integration of analog, digital, and power electronics elements into cohesive, production‑ready hardware systems.

-Perform and review circuit‑level simulations using tools such as PSpice, LTSpice, Ansys, MATLAB, MathCAD, and other analysis tools.

-Apply strong analytical skills to assess component stresses, thermal performance, fatigue life, signal integrity, and system reliability.

-Utilize FEA/CAE tools as required for thermal, structural, and electromagnetic analysis supporting design decisions.

-Demonstrate leadership in delivering at least two medium‑to‑high complexity hardware programs from concept through commercialization, including PoC development, design validation, compliance testing, and certification.

-Ensure designs meet global regulatory, safety, and performance standards relevant to power distribution, switching, and protection products.

-Support DVT/EVT phases, test plan creation, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.

-Work closely with manufacturing and NPI teams to ensure designs are optimized for efficient assembly, cost, testability, and long‑term reliability.

-Provide expertise on manufacturing processes including PCB assembly, SMT processes, soldering standards, component placement, and electronic board qualification. Review manufacturing test strategies, production issues, and field-return analysis to drive continuous improvement.

-Partner with firmware, systems engineering, product management, test/validation, sourcing, and global development teams to deliver high‑quality products on schedule.

-Lead or contribute to design reviews, DFMEA, PFMEA, risk assessments, and technical decision forums.

-Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to junior engineers and global engineering partners.

Qualifications:

Education level required : Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC) / Instrumentation Engineering.
