Human Resources Manager
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions within our luxury resort environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategy, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, supporting leadership and employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with brand values and organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in Human Resources, with managerial experience in a hotel, resort, or service-oriented organization.
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, employee relations, and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and succession planning.
Ability to partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and culture initiatives.
Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience handling HR systems, reports, and HR metrics.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
Hands-on, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
