Are you passionate about harnessing the power of AI to revolutionize supply chains? Do you thrive at the intersection of technology, innovation, and business impact? Mars Snacking is seeking an AI Innovation Manager to join our dynamic North America E2E Planning Team!
As our AI Innovation Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the innovation pipeline and project management of cutting-edge AI/ML models and applications within the Palantir Platform. You’ll collaborate closely with the AI Catalyst team—an elite group of functional experts and developers—to guide and scale AI deployments across our North America supply operations.
You’ll play a pivotal role in realizing our ambition to build the Most Competitively Advantaged Supply Chain in Mars . By leveraging the ever-evolving world of Generative AI, you’ll help us unlock new levels of performance and innovation.
What are we looking for?
Minimum
Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, engineering, data science or related field AND/OR
5+ years’ experience in supply chain, AI driven systems, or similar
Established history of driving impactful project outcomes in dynamic settings.
Experience partnering with business leadership across functions to identify challenges and opportunities, translating them into actionable, integrated, data-driven solutions.
Strong customer-centric mindset, particularly focused on internal stakeholders, driving value creation, adoption, and effective use of solutions.
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear analytical frameworks, complemented by excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of supply chain fundamentals and processes.
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20-30%, depending on project demands.
Preferred:
Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Science or related field
- 5+ years experience in supply chain, AI driven systems, or related fieldsfood, beverage, pharmaceutical or related industry

Utilize data and analytics to develop an innovation roadmap and maintain a prioritized project backlog.
Plan and lead data science projects that address a diverse range of business problems.
Apply advanced understanding of AI—including machine learning, data mining, and statistical models—to design, prototype, and build next-generation ML engines and services.
Serve as the key point of contact with Palantir, ensuring overall solution viability and sustainability.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement monitoring systems to ensure use case sustainability.
Guide a team of data scientists and functional experts in developing fit-for-purpose solutions using advanced analytical and AI methodologies.
