Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Regional Security Manager, EMEA Data Centers to join our Global Safety, Risk, and Security team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritising, and implementing physical security measures and emergency response plans across our Data Center operations in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).You will join a highly collaborative team that partners closely with stakeholders in Legal, Information Technology, and Sales to drive incident resolution and operational excellence across the organisation.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead Regional Security Operations: Oversee daily security staff and the regional Security Operations Center—including remote Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) monitoring—to ensure effective incident management and alarm response.
Collaborate on Risk and Compliance: Partner with cross-functional teams and field leadership to influence the collection of information required to obtain compliance with industry best practices and internal safety policies.
Drive Process Improvement: Develop Management Reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and provide root-cause analysis that improves existing security processes and documentation.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Education)
The ideal candidate will have:
Several years of experience in program management roles or equivalent experience on a corporate or government security team.
Strong knowledge of physical security and risk management, specifically related to process design and the ability to function as both a leader and an individual contributor.
Proven ability in stakeholder management, with a track record of building professional networks to drive efficient incident resolution and regulatory adherence.
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent); professional certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Professional Certified Investigator (PCI), or Physical Security Professional (PSP) are preferred.
