Job Overview
Participates and supports best sustainability practices for initial assessment and ongoing evaluation; recommends organizational and policy changes needed to advance environmental and sustainability initiatives.
Job Requirements
Delivering accurate, timely, and consistent communications to disseminate sustainable manufacturing to all facility employees.
Ensuring materials of concern are eliminated, and supplier evaluation processes are robust throughout supply chain management.
Participating in establishing a comprehensive program to deliver the information needed for all engineers to use resources and energy sustainably.
Providing education for all employees to ensure they realize the necessity of sustainable manufacturing and its environmental benefits.
What your background should look like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience
