onsemi Junior Device Engineer in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea
Manage electrical characteristics and yield of assigned semiconductor devices
Define and track KPIs related to process integration and yield improvement for high-volume manufacturing
Collaborate with FAB and Unit Probe teams to resolve device-related issues
Support quality issue resolution and product-related projects
Evaluate and implement new devices and processes into mass production
Analyze die failure mechanisms and propose corrective actions
Monitor and improve device reliability and performance through data analysis and SPC tools
