As a Sr Finance Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial operations within your designated area. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and driving financial performance. You will lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial operations and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive business growth and profitability
Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or related roles
Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
Experience with financial reporting and analysis

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office
