Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.

  • Experience leveraging skills such as financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker to problem solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.

  • Experience tailoring and delivering engaging reporting and presentations by audience, asking questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.

  • Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

As a Senior Associate, you would work with the country Go-To-Market (GTM) Director on maintaining a single source of truth on India market advertising expenditure in partnership with the India GTM brand lead. You will also work with the India GTM Large Customer Sales Strategy and Operations team to help drive Artificial Intelligence-powered sales tools adoption.

You will work across different parts of the country GTM team and contribute significantly to initiatives. You will engage with third-party data providers and with India sales teams to update and maintain a market model used by multiple functions.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with cross-functional leaders in India and Asia-Pacific to drive execution initiatives including summits or partnerships.

  • Engage with third-party data providers and with India sales teams to update and maintain a market model used by multiple functions.

  • Work with the India Go-To-Market Large Customer Sales strategy and operations team to help drive Artificial Intelligence-powered sales tools adoption.
