Description
The Representative - HR Operations applies advanced skills and administrative support functions that allow our Centers of Enablement to focus on their core functions. In this role, you will respond to employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues using a case management tool. You will ensure accurate, timely, and professional responses while upholding company policies and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will excel in problem-solving, process improvement, and delivering exceptional service.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, time off, policies, and other HR topics via phone, live chat and a case management system.
Utilize HR systems, knowledge bases, and process documentation to address inquiries effectively.
Partner on non-routine transactions based on program policies and procedures.
Ensure all employee interactions are recorded accurately in the case management tool, adhering to documentation standards.
Should be comfortable working in the US working hours (night shift).
This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded. This position is for United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd - a wholly owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc.
Qualifications

Experience in human resources or a customer service function
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Proficiency in case management tools and HR systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
