Honeywell Lead Sales Training Specialist in Gurugram, India

Job Summary

The Lead Training Analyst for the Building Automation Institute (BAI) is responsible for driving global training analytics, planning, and performance optimization across Honeywell Building Automation learning programs. This role leads data-driven planning for global training delivery, manages attendance and feedback insights, and translates learning data into actionable recommendations that improve content quality, learner engagement, and business impact. The position partners closely with global stakeholders, SMEs, and learning leaders to ensure the BAI portfolio is effective, scalable, and aligned with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Global Training Planning & Analytical Leadership

  • Lead global training planning and forecasting for the Building Automation Institute using historical trends, demand signals, and business priorities

  • Develop and maintain global training calendars informed by participation data, capacity analysis, and regional needs

  • Partner with instructors, SMEs, and regional leaders to align delivery plans with learner demand and capability readiness

Attendance, Performance & Data Management

  • Own end-to-end tracking of learner registrations, attendance, completion, and utilization across BAI programs

  • Ensure data accuracy and governance within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting platforms

  • Perform trend analysis to identify adoption gaps, high-impact programs, underutilized offerings, and scalability opportunities

Feedback, Insights & Executive Reporting

  • Lead collection, consolidation, and analysis of learner feedback, surveys, and evaluations

  • Translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into clear insights and recommendations

  • Create dashboards, scorecards, and executive-ready summaries demonstrating training effectiveness, quality, and outcomes

Content Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive data-backed content optimization initiatives in partnership with SMEs and instructional designers

  • Identify opportunities to refine curricula, learning paths, and delivery approaches based on learner behavior and performance metrics

  • Support prioritization of content updates to reflect product changes, technology evolution, and business strategy

Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance

  • Act as an analytics and insights lead interfacing with BAI leadership, regional training teams, sales enablement, and engineering

  • Establish and promote standard metrics, KPIs, and reporting cadence for training effectiveness globally

  • Support audits, governance reviews, and continuous improvement forums with clear analytical evidence

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, Education, or a related field

  • 5–8 years of experience in training analytics, learning operations, workforce analytics, or program analysis

  • Strong experience working with global stakeholders in a matrixed organization

  • Advanced analytical, data visualization, and storytelling skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting technical or industrial training environments (Building Automation, HVAC, Controls, or similar domains)

  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), BI tools, and advanced Excel or analytics platforms

  • Experience defining KPIs and success metrics for global learning programs

  • Continuous improvement, Six Sigma, or data-driven decision-making experience
