Description
This role provides pivotal support to the HR Business Partners by executing HR initiatives and tasks that align with business needs and goals. This role is critical in ensuring that day-to-day business and stakeholder needs are met in a timely and high-quality manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Under direct supervision, support HR Partners with execution of various HR projects and initiatives that meet business needs
Support annual HR programs and initiatives, including the performance cycle, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement surveys
Perform reporting and analysis of HR data as needed
Execute administrative tasks for Corporate HR Partners, as needed, including but not limited to processing timely changes in HR system in support of organizational changes, assisting with updating job descriptions, updating presentations, and resolving/responding to routine HR inquiries from leaders and employees
This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded. This position is for United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd - a wholly owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree
MBA in HR as major
0-6 months of relevant experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic knowledge of automation tools
High self-accountability
Effective communicator, both verbal and written; ability to engage and build trusted relationships with all levels of leadership and employees
High attention to detail
Friendly, relatable, and caring
Proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work through constant and large-scale change
Ability to analyze data and provide insights
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to maintain confidential information
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced HR environment
