The team you will be a part of
The Accounting team establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets. Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports.
This role in summary
The Branch Commercial Lead is a detail-oriented professional critical to maintaining the financial and operational integrity of branch operations. This role demands expertise in managing complex trade schemes, ensuring 100% audit compliance in warehouse management, and enforcing strict financial controls through systematic sign-offs and master cheque governance.
Your responsibilities will include
1. Revenue & Scheme Governance
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of sales schemes, ensuring entries are fed within 3 days and approved without pipeline delays.
Validate month-end provisions and tally discount trackers to ensure zero variance in Credit Note (CN) issuance.
Maintain airtight physical and soft-copy documentation for all scheme communications and Statutory/Service Acknowledgement letters.
2. Partner & Financial Risk Management
Lead the monthly sign-off process with Trade partners (TP) and Service Partners, ensuring a strict conclusion cycle.
Review sign-off claims and issue formal rejection letters within 7 days for non-compliant submissions; escalate persistent disputes to RCM/DC.
Mitigate credit risk by maintaining valid Master Cheques for all TP codes and monitoring quarterly banking activity.
3. Inventory & Warehouse Oversight
Execute quarterly "Blind Count" audits for Finished Goods and Service warehouses, ensuring 100% coverage of high-value defectives (Compressors/Stabilizers).
Oversee the posting of DN/SAN for stock variations and ensure all inward/outward registers and PODs are meticulously filed.
Enforce an aging limit on unaccounted materials and ensure proper segregation of stock within the facility.
4. Logistics & Documentation
Chain of Custody: Manage the "Writer Document Handover" process, ensuring pickup sheets and loading charts are digitized and available for audit at all times.
Regulatory Compliance: Verify that all returns (SRN) and movements are supported by valid E-Way Bills and proper internal approvals.
