The Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) will play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing our retail systems. Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for system enhancements and integrations.
Design and implement solutions using Oracle Xstore Point of Sale to improve retail operations and customer experience.
Utilize Oracle Database technologies to ensure data integrity and optimize system performance.
Develop and maintain applications using Java 8 ensuring high-quality code and efficient functionality.
Implement Spring Framework and J2EE to build scalable and secure applications.
Conduct testing and debugging to ensure system reliability and performance.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for POS systems to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
Document system processes and configurations for future reference and training purposes.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all technical implementations.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience with Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment processes.
Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Xstore Point of Sale and Oracle Database technologies.
Have a solid understanding of Java 8 and its application in developing robust solutions.
Show proficiency in POS Basics to ensure effective system functionality.
Experience with Spring Framework and J2EE for building scalable applications.
Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
Certifications Required
Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 8 Programmer Jenkins Certification
