Primary Responsibilities:
Compliance with both Optum and client business unit requirements
Working experience of Workday integrations and tools such as EIBs, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, Custom Reports, Calculated fields, APIs, etc.
Understanding of other Workday modules such as Human Capital Management, Workday Reporting, SCM etc. is a good to have skill.
Providing production support for Workday integrations by regular monitoring of integration schedules, and troubleshooting any failures/ issues with access or data and resolving them promptly
Supporting integration build and maintenance for current and new integrations within Workday
Supporting/leading integration testing for Workday bi-annual upgrade cycles, working on any issues or break fixes that might arise during testing
Working on implementation of new features from Workday upgrade cycles for different functional areas, with focus on Workday HCM
Providing cross-functional support outside the integration core competency, on modules such as HCM, SCM, Finance, Reporting
Keeping up to date with documentation of work being done across functional areas
Monitoring ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments
Working on access/ security related requests within Workday while adhering to SLAs
Addressing user enquiries within stipulated timelines, and providing updates to peers, leadership and clients with minimum supervision

Required Qualifications:
