Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in Pega, you will implement and support Pega PRPC-based solutions for managing CRM, primarily through contact center desktop or Business Process Management (BPM) services. You will utilize consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment, achieving expected business results. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Implement Pega Solutions: Deliver Pega PRPC-based solutions for managing CRM, primarily through contact center desktop or Business Process Management (BPM) services, utilizing consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise. • Support Project Phases: Provide support during project phases, including vision and strategy, architecture, and development, ensuring effective integration of packaged technology into the client's business environment. • Apply Pega Solution Frameworks: Utilize hands-on experience with Pega Solution Frameworks for Financial Services, such as NBB, Smart Investigate, and Smart Dispute, to achieve expected business results. • Integrate Packaged Technology: Effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment, leveraging business knowledge and packaged solution expertise.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Exposure to Pega PRPC-based solutions: Experience working with Pega PRPC-based solutions for managing CRM, primarily through contact center desktop or Business Process Management (BPM) services. • Hands-on experience with Pega Solution Frameworks: Exposure to Pega Solution Frameworks for Financial Services, such as NBB, Smart Investigate, and Smart Dispute. • Consulting skills application: Experience applying consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment. • Project phase support: Exposure to providing support during project phases, including vision and strategy, architecture, and development. • Packaged technology integration: Experience working with integrating packaged technology into the client's business environment, leveraging business knowledge and packaged solution expertise.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Pega BPM Knowledge: Exposure to Business Process Management (BPM) services in Pega PRPC-based solutions for managing CRM. • Financial Services Frameworks: Experience with Pega Solution Frameworks for Financial Services, such as NBB, Smart Investigate, and Smart Dispute. • Consulting Skills Application: Exposure to applying consulting skills to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment.
