Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute the migration of users from Teradata to Snowflake/Databricks
Analyze existing user roles, access patterns, and usage metrics in the legacy environment
Design and implement equivalent user roles, permissions, and access controls in the target cloud platform
Develop and convert ETL/ELT pipelines to support data migration and validation
Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained during migration
Create documentation and provide training/support to end users post-migration
Monitor and troubleshoot migration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Use AI tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate code development Leverage M365 Copilot and chat-based AI tools for meeting summarization, documentation, and debugging
Use GenAI to generate test data, validate migration logic, and automate test case creation
Document migration processes and create AI-assisted knowledge artifacts for future reuse

Required Qualifications:
Graduate degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in Data Engineering
2+ years of extensive experience on Snowflake, Databricks
Hands-on experience on Github Copilot, AI tools
