Are you a subject matter expert in project management, scope definition, risk identification, methodology and resource allocation or facilitation? Join us as an Associate Project Manager to coordinate and complete projects across various functional areas, define performance and results and you may even assist management with vendors and service providers. You will make presentations to management regarding updates, cycles, results and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
The Associate Project Manager will support end to end execution of the Enterprise-Wide led Innovation Program, partnering with the Program Lead, capability POCs, OpX leaders & platform teams to ensure readiness, governance, and successful delivery across capabilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support day to day execution of the Program across multiple capabilities, ensuring activities are delivered as per agreed timelines and milestones
Track program phases including pre work, launch readiness, ideation, review, approval, and implementation support
Maintain integrated program plans, trackers, and status dashboards for leadership and stakeholders
Support weekly and monthly governance forums, working sessions, and capability connects by preparing agendas, notes, and action trackers
Support Program communications including launch messaging, reminders, and updates in collaboration with the Program Lead and Comms teams
Partner with Communications, Design, and Platform teams to create program collateral including launch content, teasers, toolkits, FAQs, presentations, and digital assets
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and/or equivalent education and experience
3+ years of project management experience
1+ years of experience in branding and communication on large programs / projects
Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
Proven excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
