Your role and responsibilities
As an Application Developer with expertise in Pega, you will design and implement Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC), Business Applications, and Rules within the BPM Suite. You will also integrate the BPM suite with supporting applications, utilizing your extensive experience with Pega PRPC and the Pega framework. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design and Implement Pega Solutions: Design and implement Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC), Business Applications, and Rules within the BPM Suite, leveraging your proficiency in the Pega implementation cycle. • Integrate BPM Suite: Integrate the BPM suite with supporting applications, applying your knowledge of the Pega framework and BPMS methodology. • Develop Complex Interfaces: Design and develop complex BPM application interfaces with Mainframe, web, and client server-based legacy systems, utilizing your business and technical knowledge. • Analyze and Recommend: Analyze programs/applications/systems and provide strategic recommendations to management, applying your business and technical expertise. • Test and Deploy: Test and deploy Pega applications, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
Required technical and professional expertise
• Pega Implementation Expertise: Exposure to designing and implementing Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC), Business Applications, and Rules within the BPM Suite, with proficiency in the Pega implementation cycle, including tool installation, business application and rules development, business process modeling, testing, and deployment. • BPMS Methodology Knowledge: Basic understanding of the BPMS methodology and the main features of BPMS workflow capabilities, with the ability to apply this knowledge in integrating the BPM suite with supporting applications. • Technical Integration Skills: Experience working with integrating BPM suite with various systems, including Mainframe, web, and client server-based legacy systems, utilizing business and technical knowledge to design and develop complex BPM application interfaces. • Business Analysis Skills: Exposure to analyzing programs/applications/systems and providing strategic recommendations to management, applying business and technical expertise to drive informed decision-making. • Pega Framework Proficiency: Experience working with the Pega framework, with the ability to leverage this knowledge in designing and implementing Pega solutions.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Extensive Pega PRPC Experience: Exposure to utilizing Pega PRPC and the Pega framework, with proficiency in the Pega implementation cycle, including tool installation, business application and rules development, business process modeling, testing, and deployment. • Advanced BPMS Workflow Knowledge: Basic understanding of the main features of BPMS workflow capabilities, with the ability to apply this knowledge in integrating the BPM suite with supporting applications. • Complex Interface Development: Experience working with integrating BPM suite with various systems, including Mainframe, web, and client server-based legacy systems, utilizing business and technical knowledge to design and develop complex BPM application interfaces.
