Introduction

Job Role Description: DTC Marketing Expert (Apparel/Beauty/CPG)

To architect and deliver end-to-end private domain strategies that directly drive client growth and guarantee business results

Your role and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1、Strategic Architect: Design and build scalable private domain ecosystems from the ground up.

2、Growth Driver: Master omnichannel traffic (online/offline) to boost user acquisition, retention, and ROI.

3、Delivery Lead: Ensure project success (GMV, LTV) and forge long-term strategic partnerships.

4、Innovator: Codify winning methodologies and empower the team with actionable knowledge.

Required technical and professional expertise

Core Requirements:

1、Proven Expertise: 8+ years' experience with 5+ in hands-on new retail/private domain roles within the apparel or beauty sectors.

2、Track Record: Must have at least two verifiable 0-to-1 case studies in building and scaling private domain traffic pools.

3、Hybrid Background: Agency and brand-side (client) experience is highly preferred.

4、Strategic Skillset: Deep expertise in omnichannel traffic, data analytics, and P&L management.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Profile: Fluent English; top-tier consulting or Brand&Commerce background is a plus.
