We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director of Programme Delivery (Data Mgmt) .

Principal responsibilities
Support the Tech Center Head and Operations Manager to establish and maintain a robust governance system that ensures accountability, risk mitigation, and adherence to internal and external policies and guidance.
Drive operational excellence across all BGI operations at HTC, ensuring alignment, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Ensure consistent and accurate reporting to governance bodies, providing clear, data-driven narratives that reflect the performance and health of HTC operations.
Manage performance dashboards and strategic rhythms to monitor and elevate performance narratives to key governance bodies.
Ensure synergy by facilitating GCIO and cross-BGI alignment and driving towards common goals within remit.
Requirements
10+ years in programme management, governance, compliance, and operational performance, preferably in technology or global operations.
Skilled in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into strategic narratives for c-level leadership and governance bodies.
Proven experience in designing and maintaining governance frameworks, risk management systems, and performance dashboards.
Strong cross-functional leadership with success in aligning matrix teams and driving operational consistency across business groups.
Excellent communication in English and Mandarin (Cantonese preferred), with experience engaging at the executive level.
Strategic Thinking – Ability to translate strategy into operational actions.

Project & Programme Management – Structured, outcome-driven, and detail-oriented.
