We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
Design and develop LLM-based applications for banking and internal business use cases. Build and maintain AI pipelines such as prompt-based workflows, Agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and document intelligence solutions.
Integrate AI services with internal systems, APIs, databases, and business platforms.
Improve model performance through prompt design, testing, evaluation, tuning, and optimization.
Support production deployment of AI services with attention to scalability, monitoring, resilience, and cost control.
Work with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical AI solutions. Establish testing and evaluation approaches to measure accuracy, reliability, and business value of AI outputs.
Ensure solutions align with banking requirements for data privacy, information security, model governance, and regulatory compliance.
Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve AI solution quality and operational stability. Evaluate emerging GenAI frameworks, conduct feasibility assessments, and drive adoption proposals
Qualifications：
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Solid experience in software engineering, machine learning, and AI engineering, with hands-on experience in large language model solutions.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience building enterprise-grade applications and APIs.
Good understanding of LLM concepts, agents, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, RAG, and model evaluation.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and platforms such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar tools.
Familiarity with Linux, Git, cloud platforms and modern engineering practices including CI/CD, Docker, and service deployment.
Understanding of system design, performance optimization, monitoring, and production support.
Good awareness of data security, privacy, model risk, and governance requirements, especially in a banking or regulated environment.
What additional skills will be good to have?
Strong analytical/problem-solving capability; able to decompose complex operational processes into AI components.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries is preferred.
Experience in Intelligent Document handling such as text, image/pdf, excel/csv/doc data processing is preferred.
