Mars Regional Sales Development Manager in Guangzhou, China

Job Description:

What are we looking for?

1.大专及以上学历,6年以上快消品销售经验,3年以上销售管理经验,有冰淇淋或冷冻品等冷链运输品类经验;

2.拥有专业的经销商管理能力,较强的市场判断及数据分析能力;

4.具备良好的数据处理分析能力及谈判技巧

5.良好的沟通协调及团队管理能力,能有效辅导及激励下属,带领团队达成预定业绩目标;

What will be your key responsibilities?

1.负责南一区广东/广西/海南三省的全渠道管理,所管辖区域内的销售预测、制定每期销售计划,确保销售目标达成;

2.经销商管理,定期做生意回顾和机会分析,跟进各项过程指标达成;

3.针对RKA系统制定联合谈判计划和日常管理包括产品卖进,促销管理的工作。

4.带领团队做好便利店和家批门店执行工作,协调糖巧团队做好整体MT门店执行工作。

5.明确团队成员工作职责和目标,定期进行绩效回顾;追踪并确保所辖区域KPI的执行及落实;

6.整合各类资源(人、TE、M&P、SE、车辆等),提高资源使用效率

7.管理区域或渠道的同事履行公司对于合规的要求,包括但不限于“真店、真访、真订单、真执行、真费用、真数据
