Job Profile:
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and delivery Building Automation projects:
Building automation system details design, include IO list check and system layout diagram building, control description and engineering quantity estimation.
System hardware design includes cross connection cabinets design, IO assignment, Loop wiring and network diagram for building automation system
Design and configure HMI and software applications ensuring efficient and reliable system performance.
Building communication with third party devices and integrating them in BA systems.
Develop, deploy, and maintain software solutions for energy management, ensuring seamless integration with building or factory infrastructure.
Perform site commissioning and make sure system running and meet customer expectations/contracts.
Clear all open issues with customers together and get customer approval/acceptance.
Execution the projects and make sure successful project delivery with high quality and low cost by driving standard builds.
Evaluate, configure, and maintain field devices include Temperature devices, Pressure devices etc., ensuring accurate data collection and monitoring by building automation system.
Ensure compliance with building or/and industry standards and best practices in software delivery, energy management, and system commissioning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, HVAC, and automation engineers, to ensure successful project execution.
Give feedback to PM/LE when find any project risks/opportunities, and support PM/LE to mitigate the risks, Support PM/LE to convert Opportunities to VO or Cost Saving.
Give support to junior engineers and guide the junior engineers to make sure project success delivery/
Report to LE/PM any technical potential risks and provide solution/backup plan/proposal.
Support sales to explain technical proposal to customer to drive order booking when needed.
Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders, ensuring a smooth project delivery process.
nds-on / Knowledge on the following software / domain:
Bachelor's and above in Automation engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, energy & power engineering, HVAC, or related disciplines.
Strong understanding of factory energy-consuming systems, including HVAC, chillers, boilers, compressors, and other equipment.
Hands-on experience with energy consumption audits and electricity usage assessments in industrial environments.
Familiarity with water, electricity, and gas metering devices and their integration with energy management systems.
Solid knowledge of factory power grids and related electrical systems.
Knowledge in Linux-based software applications and system administration.
Knowledge with mainstream databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize software systems for energy management.
Good communication skill
English language skills on both written and spoken.
Experience in the delivery of energy management or IBMS projects in an industrial setting.
Familiarity with building automation system or industry protocols and standards in building and energy management systems.
Knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, and SCADA integration.
