Your role and responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Manage daily bookkeeping, monthly closing, and the preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, interim, and annual reports) in strict accordance with client's financial management policies.
Technical Accounting: Formulate accounting standards for new business scenarios adhering to GAAP and national regulations; provide guidance to junior accountants on general ledger entries.
Compliance & Risk Control: Standardize financial accounting processes; conduct regular compliance reviews and data risk assessments, and ensure the timely resolution of identified issues.
Audit Coordination: Cooperate with both internal and external auditors to facilitate annual audits and special inspections.
Process Optimization: Lead special projects related to financial workflow enhancement, system upgrades, and reporting optimization.
Required technical and professional expertise
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of financial working experience, including at least 2 years in a General Ledger (GL) role. Experience in manufacturing cost accounting and sales accounting is preferred. Demonstrated strong learning agility.
Soft Skills: Strict adherence to financial ethics and integrity. Possesses excellent communication skills, strong resilience under pressure, and a high sense of responsibility.
Certification: Must hold a Medium-level Accounting Professional Title (Zhongji Zhicheng).
Preferred technical and professional experience
Preference: Candidates who have passed the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) examination will be given priority.
