IBM Process Delivery Specialist-Procure to Pay in Guangzhou, China

Your role and responsibilities
As a Procure to Pay Process Delivery Specialist, you will
Responsible for reviewing the legality and compliance of overseas expense reimbursement documents;
Provide consulting services for expense reimbursement of overseas users;
Participated in monthly abnormal inspection and account settlement of overseas expenses;
Participated in the account aging and cleaning follow-up of each item involved in the expense module, monitored and improved the related indicators of expense reimbursement;
According to the requirements of financial consistency, ensure that the accounting results meet the requirements of relevant regulations;
Participate in digital projects and special work.
Required technical and professional expertise
Bachelor degree or above in finance, more than one year related working experience, intermediate accounting certificate is preferred;
English or Japanese can be used as the working language, project experience is preferred;
Good professional ethics, excellent communication skills, strong sense of service;
Ability to use Excel, Oracle and other financial software systems is better.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Deep Understanding of E-commerce: Experience working with e-commerce platforms and processes, including order processing and credits management, to maintain efficient and effective procurement operations. • Knowledge of Global Payments: Exposure to global payment processes and systems, including payment terms and currency exchange, to ensure seamless and efficient procurement transactions. • Familiarity with Contract Management: Experience working with contract management principles and practices, including contract negotiation and administration, to ensure compliance and best practices.
