Mars National SPC Business Development Director in Guangzhou, China
Job Description:
What will be your key responsibilities? 1. The role will develop specialty channel (SPC) strategy, plan the initaitives align with sales development strategy, build up the sustainable & healthy business model with national insight
Communicate to SPC team effectively the team vision, objectives, strategies, focus, programs, and commit to achieve business result
Collaberate with multiple teams such as Marketing (HI team)/R&D/Finance/One Demand(SDL/Regions,etc) to ensure business target could be achieved
Develop SPC channel distributors to be the long-term win-win business partners, sustain and strengthen our core competence &performance in every channel to be market leader of category
Manage efffectively resources & investment including HC, trading, selling and M&P expenses etc. toimprove sales investment efficiency and ROI
Share best practice/Learning with region, report the local competior information, provide the valuable suggestion or share insights with company management team
Build and develop an effective sales orgainzation, team engagement and continuously upgrade organization capability to drive business growth
